Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations regarding waste disposal. We are not liable for fines, remediation costs, or penalties that arise from the improper disposal of prohibited materials — including but not limited to hazardous chemicals, paint, asbestos, lead materials, and medical waste — placed in a rented dumpster.

Property and Driveway Conditions

Our 90-day Property-Safe Guarantee covers driveway damage caused directly by our delivery equipment under normal operating conditions. We are not liable for damage arising from pre-existing cracks or structural weaknesses, unstable surfaces, hidden underground utilities, underground irrigation systems, soil conditions, or any factors not visible or disclosed at the time of delivery. Customers should inform us of any known driveway concerns before scheduling delivery.

Weight and Load Capacity

Stated weight capacities are general guidelines. Heavy materials such as concrete, dirt, brick, or asphalt may reach the weight limit of a dumpster before it is visually full. We are not responsible for estimating material weight on behalf of the customer. Exceeding the weight limit may result in additional charges.
