How the Protection System Works
Before a dumpster is set down, our driver places heavy-duty protective boards across the contact area. These boards spread the weight of the dumpster — and the load inside it — across a wider surface, which is especially important for heavier loads like roofing debris, concrete, or construction waste that would otherwise concentrate weight on a small section of pavement.
This isn’t an upgrade or an add-on — it’s standard on every delivery, for every size, on every job, whether it’s a 10-yard dumpster for a garage cleanout or a fully loaded 30-yard for a construction project.
What’s Covered and How to File a Claim
The guarantee covers structural damage to driveways, walkways, and curbs directly caused by our equipment during delivery, the rental period, or pickup, for 90 days following service. If you notice damage, contact us with photos and a brief description as soon as possible — we’ll review the claim, generally inspect within a few business days, and arrange repair if our equipment is responsible.

Does the guarantee cover pre-existing cracks or damage?
The guarantee covers new structural damage caused by our equipment, not pre-existing conditions. If you have concerns about an existing crack near the planned placement area, mention it before delivery so it can be noted.
Is the guarantee automatic, or do I need to request it?
