Use of This Website

This website is provided to give potential and existing customers information about dumpster rental services available in Longview, TX and surrounding communities. You may use it for lawful purposes only. You may not use this site to transmit spam, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, or reproduce any content without written permission.

Accuracy of Information

We make every reasonable effort to keep pricing, availability, and service area information current and accurate. However, information on this site is provided without warranty of any kind. Always confirm final pricing and scheduling details directly with our team before booking.

Booking and Payment

Quotes provided through this website or over the phone are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing is confirmed by our team prior to dispatch. We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion. Payment is due at the time of booking confirmation.

Prohibited Materials

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that no prohibited or hazardous materials are placed in a rented dumpster. Prohibited items include but are not limited to: paint and paint solvents, flammable or combustible liquids, asbestos-containing materials, household chemicals and pesticides, medical or biohazardous waste, lead-based materials, and automotive batteries or tires in excess of four. Violation of this policy may result in additional disposal fees and you agree to indemnify us for any fines or penalties that result.

Rental Period and Extensions

Standard rentals include a 7-day rental window. Extensions beyond the standard period must be requested before the scheduled pickup date and are subject to availability and additional fees.

Weight Limits

Each dumpster size includes a stated weight allowance. Loads that exceed the allowance at time of pickup are subject to additional per-ton charges. Our team will notify you of any overage before billing.

Property Damage

We use protective boards on every delivery and back driveway placements with our 90-day Property-Safe Guarantee. However, we are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden underground utilities, unstable surfaces, or circumstances beyond our control. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photographs, graphics, and design — is owned by or licensed to Dumpster Hub Longview. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Dumpster Hub Longview is not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gregg County, Texas.
